Limited Warranty
BCI products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship at the time of its original purchase for 2 years thereafter.
Within this period under normal usage, BCI will (at its sole option) either repair or replace the device subject to the conditions and limitations stipulated herein.
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
(1) Small cosmetic defects, including but not limited to scratches, dents or bumps.
(2) Conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from accident, modification, disassembly, abuse, negligence or misuse.
(3) Conditions, malfunctions or damage caused by natural causes such as fire, flood, rain, lightning or other natural disasters.
The following conditions are required to claim warranty service:
- Your product needs to have been registered with us within 30 days of purchase.
- The product label must be intact and untampered with.
- You must provide proof of original purchase if asked.
- You are responsible for shipping the product to our designated facility. If the product is repaired or replaced under warranty, the return will be at our expense.

EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. BCI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the preceding limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state
